DRUG ADDICT NANG HOSTAGE NG SARILING UNCLE

MANILA Philippines - Early 3:00 a.m. in the morning August 25,2017 a man who is possbily high on drugs took his uncle as a hostage for 3 hours. This incident happened in the Muñoz Market along Dangay street in Barangay Veterans Village Quezon City. Operatives of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) were able to apprehend the hostage taker before worse could happend to the victim.

Authorities have notified the public that the suspect of this incident is Juren Amego, 27 years old and the victim his uncle Jerry Pisngot, 55 years old. Pisngot suffered injuries in his neck and  body and was rushed to the Quezon City General Hospital for treatment. Prior to the incident, Amego had asked Pisngot to accompany him in going home because he believed there were armed men who wanted to kill him. 

When Pisngot refused, Amego took a knife and held him hostage.The statement given by the suspect for reasons of his actions were not clear and lack evidence of truth . Witnesses said before the suspect did the crime he was observe to be talking crazy. QCPD director Chief Superintendent Guillermo Eleazar said Amego was still high on drugs during police interrogation. The suspect admitted that he used shabu. Amego is being held by police on charges of frustraded murder and grave alarm and scandal.
